Continuous wrapper from Beck Packautomaten
Beck Packautomaten, manufacturers of wrapping equipment, will launch the Beck-Multiplex MP mobile wrapping machine next week which features a continuous cross-sealing system.
Capable of wrapping products of different shapes and sizes, the machine is to be aimed at the markets of graphic art, textiles, food packaging, and, toys and games.
With a potential wrap speed of 125 packs per minute, depending on the size and shape of the product being wrapped, it is up to 25% faster than its predecessor the Multiplex. Polyethylene, co-polymers and polypropylene are all compatible with the machine.
Based in Hemel Hempstead, Beck Packautomaten's UK and Ireland agent, Friedheim will offer the Beck Packautomaten machine which can overlap at either the top or the bottom.
The machine can be seen at Beck Packautomaten's headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany.
Friedheim are also exhibiting at the PPMA show at the Birmingham NEC this week.
