Plastic food packaging supplier Harrison Europac has rebranded to take the name of its Danish owner Faerch Plast.
Faerch Plastic has been a majority shareholder in Harrison since it was founded it 1989, but bought out the remaining 20% stake in the Surrey operation last year.
Joe Iannidinardo, who remains managing director of the UK business, said: "Using one name will help create more clarity and uniformity across the business as well as further strengthen relationships with our customers, employees and suppliers."
Faerch Plast produces a wide range of plastic packaging products for the ready meal, cold food, snacks and fresh meat markets.
It extrudes some 53,000 tonnes of film a year at its Danish site to create around 1.6 billion trays from materials such as PET, PLA, polypropylene and polystyrene.
As well as the UK sales office, it has one in France and a production facility in the Czech Republic.
