New look for Manchester bakery

 

A new identity, for GH Sheldon Wholesale Bakers playing on brand heritage, has been created by Manchester based design agency The Market Creative. 

The history and values of the brand have been given a new contemporary image and used for the Company's popular Lancashire Oven Bottom Muffin and its range of morning goods.

Sue Benson, Managing Director of The Market Creative, said that the Company's pride in its products had not previously been promoted with previous packaging.  The new ranges will now feature differing members of the GH Sheldon family.  Sue said, "With more than 100 million oven bottom muffins, buns and baps going through the tills every year, the firm will soon be a brand everyone can recognise".

Sepia tones and photographic images on the packaging focusing on the Company's heritage help the range stand out from competitors.

GH Sheldon Director, Sarah Sheldon, said: "We're delighted with the new identity and look forward to seeing the new-look range on shelves."

Appearing shortly in Supermarkets, the re-branding will also appear on the firm's delivery fleet..
