In August 2008 SJA Film Technologies accepted delivery of a brand news purpose built 24 Head Spooling machine bearing testimony to our ongoing commitment to strengthening our presence in this market.
This outstandingly engineered machine was designed and specified by our Technical Director, Dave Hoy.
During the 18 months since we purchased our current 12 Head Spooler, we have gained a great deal of experience and have been able to bring this knowledge to the design of the new build 24 head spooler.
We firmly believe that there are great benefits to be gained by transferring to the spooling methodology from conventional single-feed pancake delivery.
The extensive range of substrates that we are able to convert on our equipment opens up our technology to a vast array of potential new markets.
This facet of our marketing strategy will be our major focus throughout 2009 with our plans to invest again in further equipment over the coming three years.
