We are now able to offer 5 and 7 layer co-extruded structures suitable for several applications.

5 layer co-extruded PE structures suitable for thermoforming, bag making and lamination.

7 layer co-extruded PE structures suitable for thermoforming, tray sealing films, flowpack, bag making and lamination.

The process of blown co-extrusion allows the manufacture of the layers of the film with pellets of different polymers to obtain a tailor made solution for your requirements.  The different resins can provide specific features:

• Gas barrier
• Aroma barrier
• Mechanical strength
• Multi-layer film allowing down gauging of your existing film
• High clarity
• Good lay-flat characteristics

Structures can be produced in thicknesses up to 250 micron.
