Slitting & Rewinding

We have the capability to slit and rewind substrates on many machines.  We can supply many films from stock which can be slit to your specification.

Thicknesses converted to date 6 micron through to 250 micron in both extensible / non extensible substrates.

Individual roll wrapping and labelling in plain, own or SJA labels, available.

We have capacity for over 120 tonnes per week.

• Unwind diameters up to 1000mm
• Rewind diameters up to 780mm
• Razor in air, Razor in groove, Rotary Shear and Crush Cut facility across a range of machinery
• Slit widths from 6mm through to 1620mm width (dependant on substrate)
• Lock and differential winding
• Core Diameters - Unwind = 3" (76mm), 6" (152mm) & 10" (250mm) dependant on machine used
• Core Diameters - Rewind = ½" (12mm), 1" (25mm), 2" (50mm), 3" (76mm), 4" (100mm) 6" (152mm) dependant on machine used
• A range of slitting machines consisting of Duplex and Centre Surface.
• Substrates converted to date from 5 micron through to 5mm
