CPP Films (Cast Polypropylene Films) offer excellent heat seal strength, good thermal stability, good puncture resistance & good clarity. CPP offers excellent yield due to its low density. Some of the typical application areas for the film includes general packaging and bagging applications, magazine wrap, HFFS & VFFS applications, autoclave applications and packaging of bakery products. 

SJA hold vast stocks of Std CPP in a variety of widths and microns. Other grades are available subject to thickness, widths and MOQ’s.

Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene, also known as BOPP film, is a thin, plastic packaging film that has been stretched in both directions. Commonly used in flow wrap application, lamination and great for printing on.

Due to its advantages, this film has become very popular and is a highly regarded film used across the globe. This film can be found in many day-to-day products, especially in the food industries such as a bakery & cake packaging, Confectionary, Stationary & General bagging applications to name but a few.

SJA can supply Co-Ex OPP (two side heat sealable and one side corona treated) in a huge range of widths from stock from 8 micron up to 50 microns.

White, Matt and Metallised versions available subject to MOQ’s.

Available in a range of widths and thicknesses to order. Due to having 30% recycled content this film is not subject to Plastic packaging tax (PPT).

This particular grade of OPP is not approved for use in food applications.

This product is known for its high tensile strength, chemical and dimensional stability, transparency, reflectivity, gas and aroma barrier properties and electrical insulation properties.

Polyester film is used in many types of packaging applications ranging from food, pharmaceutical, industrial and consumer goods. Available in thicknesses from 6 micron to 125 microns.

This heat sealable PET is a coextruded polyester films with one side having a heat sealable surface. The heat sealable surface is designed to seal to itself, Thermoformed APET, CPET, and paper. 

They don’t seal against polyolefin and PS or PP. Weldseal provide a permanent seal and is not peelable. The films exhibit excellent strength and dimensional stability at high temperatures. 

These films are used in a wide range of applications mainly for flow wrap food packaging or lidding on food trays.

High clarity polyester film with one side anti-mist coated and the other side treated for excellent glue adhesion. Predominantly for use as carton windows in presentation and food cartons. Available in 23 & 36 microns, slit to your required widths.

Polyester film (23micron) which is coated with a peelable heat seal layer specifically designed for sealing to plastic sandwich wedges (rPET & PVC). The coating provides a clean, even seal without any sharding. This film is suitable for manual or automatic machines and is available from stock in 75, 85 and 97mm. This film can be slit to bespoke widths on request.
